Susan HyattWe will have a fun reception to get the weekend started. Meet Susan in the W Scottsdale's outside patio area. Susan will share with you her personal weight loss story, and take you step by step through a joy eat (you definitely won't want to miss this part!) She is probably a little too excited about doing a Green Smoothie demonstration. This girl is all jacked up on delicious greens, and wants to show you how to make them yourself! Susan is seriously a master of weight loss coaching and the perfect person to get this party started. **Friday evening is included, and an optional part of the weekend.

8:30 pm-9:30 pm Restorative Yoga to relax your mind for bedtime.

Stacey has been practicing yoga for 10+ years. Her 200-hr yoga training background is in yoga therapy with her current pursuit in the 500-hr yoga teacher training at Kripalu. Her yoga style is like a patchwork quilt creating a unique blend of vinyasa flow, yin poses and her own sassy style to create a class for you at your level. Her passion is to teach children up to teens, and teaching classes focusing on women's needs. In addition, she is trained in Thai Massage. Martha Beck is a master at getting you in touch with your own body so you can feel the direction you are meant to move in your life. Martha will introduce you to tools that will help you tap into your body's wisdom at the deepest level. She will show you with actual physical demonstrations and exercises how much your mind affects your body and the results you are able to achieve with it. If you have never seen Martha live before, you will be in for an amazing treat. She is hilariously funny and incredibly knowledgeable about the body and weight loss. if you have seen Martha before, you already know that you will experience nothing short of magic.

Susan HyattMaster Coach and Author Susan Hyatt makes self help fun! Susan will share with you her personal weight loss story and some of her own tools that she has developed working one on one with hundreds of clients. She will teach your how to Create Your Own Luck in the area of weight loss and body love. There will be a Q and A session where you will be able to ask your specific weight loss questions and get some coaching on your weight loss issue.

7:00 am-7:45 am Morning Yoga to get you centered and in the flow.

8:30 am-4:00 pm Brand New Facilitator Training with Brooke Castillo

This is a training for anyone who wants to lose weight or help others lose weight.  You don’t need a fancy degree or certification to become a trained facilitator.  You just need to have the desire to help others and in doing so, help yourself.  Brooke will personally teach you her main “go to” tools for weight loss success.  It's nothing complicated.  Nothing cerebral.  Just good common sense, simplified into great tools that, when followed, lead to weight loss and increased freedom from the weight struggle.

All students will receive a complete group set up packet to use. This will include five 42 Day Jumpstart Workbooks and a Faciliator Manual. The manual will include directions on how to get a group going as well as instruction for how to handle the most common issues and challenges for group members. All facilitators will have access to use Brooke's weight loss tools with their clients, friends, or counseling groups. (This is not a Certified Coach Training-but coaches are more than welcome!)
