Susan Hyatt testimonials--
While participating in Susan Hyatt's Life is Delicious telecourse, I lost thirteen pounds, played tennis with my son for the first time, participated in a group exercise class, had a fabulous vacation in Antigua (in a bathing suit! no less), and laughed a lot. However, all of that pales in comparison with the realization that the key to my weight and more importantly, to my joy in life, was totally within my reach: it lies with my thoughts. Susan steadfastly guided me through her program, and my life is the better for it.

"Susan offers a great approach to weight loss, or better said, "Your natural weight". I have tried so many ways to lose weight, but approaching natural weight diving into the motivation behind eating is like working with the real problem, not just the sypmtoms of weight gain. It does work and feels great! I am more aware of my eating patterns and triggers than ever. I am looking forward to continuing this journey towards my natural body weight. Thanks, Susan!"
For years I thought that losing weight was all about diet and exercise. I refused to believe that my emotions had anything to do with my eating habits. I told myself I overate because I loved food and did not have any self control. After participating in Susan’s weight loss class….I have now lost 24 pounds and am continuing to lose….but the best part is…..that I now love myself for who I am….not for what I weigh. I eat when I am hungry and stop when I am satisfied. I exercise because it makes me feel great and I enjoy it. My whole outlook on diet and exercise has changed and I feel amazing.
